About Kristina
Kristina grew up as a child of so, so many divorces and sisters in small-town Texas before coming to New York City to become the best redheaded lesbian high school teacher the South Bronx had ever seen.
She’s a wholesome, down-home, comedian coming to stage with the heartfelt, eldest sister/teacher energy that immediately collides with the outrageous delivery of her shameless and unabashed jokes. Her material draws on her outsider experiences as a gay ‘90s kid from an unconventional rural family with a wild coming-of-age story as a NYC transplant.
Credits
Kristina did her first run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2025 (where she was also crowned an IKEA Wars Champion). She was in ‘Best of the Fest’ at Burbank Comedy Festival '22, was a '21 Semi-Finalist in NYC Queer Comedy Festival (Yaaas Fest!), '21 Finalist in the Comfy Comedy Clash, and performed in the '22 Portland Maine Comedy Festival, the '23 Midwest Queer Comedy and Baton Rouge Improv Festivals, and Stand Up NY's '24 & '25 Knockouts Festival.
Kristina has played The Comic Strip Live, Broadway Comedy Club (NYC), Flappers (LA), and Comedy House New Orleans. She can be seen regularly at The Comedy Shop and all around NYC. She produces and hosts shows in NYC and has played in California, Florida, Louisiana, Maine, Ohio, New Jersey, New York and Texas.

Dumpster Fire Comedy, is a stand-up comedy series, at The Stonewall Inn in NYC, produced by Kristina Kelley and Kat Soriano. We always feature hilarious and diverse comedians, free cookies, raffle prizes and great vibes.
Dumpster Fire had a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Fest in 2025! We were part of the Knockouts Women's Comedy Festival in 2024 and 2025.

Producing
Prior to producing her own events under Dumpster Fire Productions, Kristina worked in production for stadium and arena concerts, as well as, theatre and small-scale comedy shows. She coordinated volunteers for venues and scheduling for the Black Women in Comedy Laff Fest 2024. In 2023, Dumpster Fire officially became a small business and began their partnership with Stonewall for their first Monday shows and open mic.
